This piano left the Steinway factory in New York and was sent to the Sherman Clay dealership in San Francisco in 1967. It was purchased then by its only owner, a professional musician who lived on Webster St. We have restored this instrument to "like new" condition in our shop. It has turned out to be one of the great ones, ready for the most demanding works written or the thickest jazz chord progressions that deliver that incredible crisp clear New York Steinway sound.
